Located at 8139 Emmonds Road in Powell River, British Columbia, near the Sunshine Coast, the resort occupies approximately 38 acres of forested waterfront property and represents Starium Development's integrated approach to real estate development, construction, and hospitality.
From initial site planning and architectural design to project management, construction, and infrastructure development, every stage of the project was undertaken under the direction of Starium Development. Following the successful completion of the resort in 2025, the company established a dedicated operating subsidiary to manage the day-to-day operations, guest services, and ongoing maintenance of the property, ensuring that the resort continues to deliver a high standard of hospitality and customer experience.
Seal Bay Glamping Retreat is now a fully operational waterfront glamping destination offering a diverse range of accommodations, including cottages, Spassels, geodomes, tent sites, and RV sites. The resort welcomes couples, families, groups, and international visitors seeking an authentic West Coast nature experience while enjoying modern comfort and premium guest amenities.

First Estate Winery is a fully operational winery and hospitality destination located at 5078 Cousins Place in Peachland, British Columbia, on the western shore of Okanagan Lake. Situated in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, the property enjoys a spectacular setting surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and panoramic lake views, within one of Canada's premier wine-producing regions.
The winery was acquired and extensively renovated by Starium Development, which led the planning, redevelopment, construction, and overall enhancement of the property. Following the successful completion of the redevelopment, the winery officially commenced operations in 2021.
