First Estate Winery is a fully operational winery and hospitality destination located at 5078 Cousins Place in Peachland, British Columbia, on the western shore of Okanagan Lake. The winery was acquired and extensively renovated by Starium Development, which led the planning, redevelopment, construction, and overall enhancement of the property. Following the successful completion of the redevelopment, the winery officially commenced operations in 2021.
